- Above bachelor degree with Mechanical related major.
- Above 2 years experience in similar working field,
- Involve the new product pre-pilot/SOP.
- Tracking the preparation of the tooling/fixture/jig for new product pilot and SOP,
- Tracking all the internal technical documents for new product,
- Analyze the problem of new product and organize the problem solving.
- Interface between R&D and factory for new product.
- Organize the engineering change for existing product.
- Experience in new product introduction and project management is preferred.
- Good communication both in Chinese and English.
