1. Must have a minimum 5 years experience in sourcing and quality control. Must be familiar with the textile GARMENTS industry in China必须具有5年的开发新供应商及掌控能力. 熟悉纺织成衣服装行业。
2．To source the most reliable and best-pererrorforming suppliers according to company requirements and policies; to negotiate with local suppliers to obtain the best prices at best quality within set deadlines必须具备高超的谈判技巧，成本控制能力, 负责不断开发新供应商并在设定的时间内，完成总部交给的采购目标和任务。
3. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.负责其他总部交付的工作
Qualifications：
A. Bachelor’s Degree; GARMENTS industry is preferred.
B. 5 years working experience with multi-national corporations in the errorareas of sourcing, production and quality control.
C. Good command of spoken English; fluency in written English
D. Must be self motivated, results drivenA strong drive to develop the new sourcing locally and nationally。有很强的新业务开发驱动力。
